HOW THE DIRECTORY WORKS
Information used by this directory
This notice covers browsing Autumn Lanes Contacts, sending a contribution and contacting its publisher, Longeron Air Charter LLC.
When a page is requested
The directory uses Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, database and security functions. Network requests include technical details such as IP addresses and browser request information, which the infrastructure provider may process internationally. Browsing does not require a reader account. No advertising or third-party analytics scripts are included at launch.
Review submissions
The review form requests a display name, email address, rating, title, experience date and text. If approved, a review can display its name, rating, text and dates. The email address is held in the moderation record rather than exposed in the public review feed.
Corrections and other messages
A listing correction, review report or publisher enquiry is stored for an authorized administrator to consider. Include only the information needed to understand your request. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, passport copies, full card numbers or complete booking documents.
Operation and abuse prevention
Submission controls use a limited pseudonymous request identifier to restrict repeated requests. Administrator access uses a secure session cookie. Settings and contributions are stored in the hosting database with public access separated from the administrative queue. Records are retained as needed for the stated purpose, service operation, misuse prevention and applicable obligations.
Requests about a contribution
Contact files@autumnlanes.com or use the directory contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. State which record you mean without sending unnecessary private documents. The publisher may need enough information to verify the request appropriately.
Company sites have their own notices
Following a company link opens a service controlled by that provider. Its forms, cookies, account systems and privacy practices are governed by its own notices. This directory does not receive the private enquiry you submit there merely because you followed a link from a record.
