HOW THE DIRECTORY WORKS
Reading the evidence behind a contact
A phone number is useful only when its owner, region and purpose are understood. Our records keep that context with the source.
Start at the company
Company websites and their support centers are the preferred evidence. Some destinations belong to a documented partner or related service; those routes retain their own identity. We do not invent a phone number when an appropriate published contact cannot be established.
The date has a precise meaning
A contact’s date records when its source was reviewed. It is not evidence of a test call, a measured queue or a successful customer outcome. Existing records retain their actual source dates when they are brought into this directory; a new layout or editorial revision does not make old evidence new.
Different questions need different routes
Reservations, baggage, loyalty accounts, employment and corporate enquiries are not interchangeable. In particular, a reservations line is not labeled as a dedicated refunds department without source support. A toll-free label describes a published number type and region, not a promise that every carrier or international call is free.
Online contacts are valid contacts
Where no suitable public phone has been confirmed, the entry points to the company’s documented web destination. Some pages need JavaScript or a region selection. Review the provider’s instructions before giving it private information.
Limits and corrections
Company information can change between reviews. We welcome a correction with the record URL and a supporting company source. Publication of a listing does not certify service quality, authorize a transaction or guarantee that a company will respond.
